How this is calculated
The day count compares midnight of the start date with midnight of the end date, in your device's own time zone — so daylight-saving changes never shift the number. The end date defaults to today: pick a past start date to count days since, or set a future end date to count down.
Weekdays
Weekdays count Monday to Friday and include the start date but not the end date. Public holidays are not excluded — holiday calendars differ by country, so subtract the ones that apply to you.
Milestones
When your start date is in the past, the tool looks ahead to round-number days like 100, 1,000 and 10,000 — and shows when the next one lands.
Sharing

Private by default
